When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped the same day when ordered before 4:00 PM, with the exception of Sundays.

How long is the delivery time?

This depends on the post. Normally the order is received within 1 to 2 working days.
What does MTB mean?
MTB stands for More Than Bags. We have been active in the production of leather bags for over 30 years. Since 2023 we have expanded this production with equestrian items. Hence the name More Than Bags.
Return
conditions
We apply the following conditions for returns:

You may return an item within 14 days, provided the product is unused, complete and returned in the original packaging.

The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. Returning items is also at your own risk. If a return shipment is lost, the research costs will also be at your own expense.

When we have received the item back in new condition and in the original packaging, we will transfer the purchase amount minus the original shipping costs to you within 14 days via the payment system you used to pay for your order.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed.
