Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mtb-equestrian.com . After approval of the return, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please note: the costs for returning are at your own expense . We do not provide a free return label. Returns sent without prior request can unfortunately not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)

  • Personalized or custom made products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

In addition, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchange

Do you want to exchange an item? The fastest way is to return the current item (after approval) and reorder the desired item via our webshop.


Statutory cooling-off period (EU)

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, without giving a reason. Here too, the item must be returned unworn, unused, with labels and in the original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase. The return costs are also at your own expense.


Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
