Returns
If you have ordered via our website, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.
We will refund the purchase amount once we have received and inspected the return shipment. The shipping costs of the original purchase will not be refunded.
Couldn't load pickup availability
Make your halter unique with our separate personalization option! This service can be ordered separately and can be applied to our leather halters soft and glitter halters.
Please note: the halter must be ordered separately.
Unfortunately, personalization is not possible for our polo halters due to the polo print. However, we do offer separate pendants in the shape of a four-leaf clover, a heart or a label, so that you can still add a personal touch.
Disclaimer: Personalized items cannot be returned. Please check the correct size and text for spelling and placement before ordering. Are you ordering multiple halters? Please clearly indicate which text should be placed on which halter in the mandatory field: What text do you want to have engraved in which font?

Tip: Are you hesitating between two sizes? Then preferably choose the smaller size, the halters are spacious and are adjustable on all sides.

Make your halter extra special by personalizing it with letters/symbols of your choice. Choose from silver, gold, hot pink, warm pink, orange, blue or colorless to add a unique and personal touch to your halter. Make sure you provide the correct placement and spelling of the text when ordering.
