Returns
If you have ordered via our website, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.
We will refund the purchase amount once we have received and inspected the return shipment. The shipping costs of the original purchase will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, the option is not possible on the Polo Collars. However, we can make a nice personalized pendant in a four-leaf clover, heart or a label, so that you can also add a personal detail to these collars.
Please note: This is only the personalization, the product you want this to be placed on must be ordered separately.

- Returns : Personalised items cannot be returned. Please check the correct size and spelling of the text carefully before ordering.
- Ordering multiple collars : Are you ordering multiple collars? Please clearly state which text should appear on which collar in the required field.
- Notes: You can leave special instructions at checkout, please specify which text, color and font you would like to use.
Tip : Not sure about the size? Measure your dog's neck and check our size chart.
Delivery time: 3-5 working days.
Personalize in Your Own Style
Add a unique, personal touch with letters and symbols in your favorite color. Choose from silver, gold, hot pink, warm pink, orange, blue or colorless. Be sure to specify the placement and spelling of the text accurately when ordering.
Fonts: See the image for examples of possible fonts. Basically any font is possible—just specify your preference when ordering!
