Returns
If you have ordered via our website, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.
We will refund the purchase amount once we have received and inspected the return shipment. The shipping costs of the original purchase will not be refunded.

- Returns : Personalised items cannot be returned. Please check the correct size and spelling of the text carefully before ordering.
- Ordering multiple collars : Are you ordering multiple collars? Please clearly state which text should be on which collar in the mandatory field: "Which text do you want to have engraved in which font?"
- Comments : Comments on your order are for your insight only and will not be passed on to us. Do you want to pass on specific wishes? Then send us an e-mail or indicate it when entering the desired text.
Tip : Not sure about the size? Measure your dog's neck and check our size chart.

Add a unique, personal touch with letters and symbols in your favorite color. Choose from silver, gold, hot pink, warm pink, orange, blue or colorless. Be sure to specify the placement and spelling of the text accurately when ordering.
